This is a 16 storeys 5 blocks condominiums project situated on the sea shore of Kinarut township. For those who enjoys the scenic view of ocean and majestic view of Mt. Kinabalu, I personally believe this is a good take considering the much higher price of such sea fronting residential properties in the heart of Kota Kinabalu (more on the price later).
